Note:
To qualify for a D-10 visa in South Korea, applicants must score at least 60 points based on factors like age, education, Korean language proficiency, and work experience. Educational qualifications contribute 30 points for a Doctorate, 20 for a Master’s, and 15 for a Bachelor’s. However, graduates from South Korean universities in the last three years with TOPIK Level 4 or KIIP Level 4 are exempt from this point system. Meeting the required points is essential for a successful D-10 visa application. Once a job offer is secured, international students can apply for a regular work visa like the E-1 to E-7 visa depending on their field of study and job qualifications.

Note:
Minimum GPA Requirement: Most South Korean universities require international students to have a minimum GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) for admission. Competitive programs, especially in STEM and business fields, may require a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Elite universities like Seoul National University (SNU), Korea University, and Yonsei University may require a GPA of 3.3 to 3.5 or higher.
Grade Point Average (GPA) Calculation:  The GPA is usually calculated as a weighted average of all course grades, factoring in credit hours. Some universities may require a GPA conversion if the applicant's grading system differs from the standard 4.0 scale.
